Mr. Sparhawk earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Studies with an emphasis in Russian Language from BYU–Idaho. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management at Utah State University, further strengthening his knowledge in organizational development, leadership, and workforce strategy.

Throughout his career, Mr. Sparhawk has held a variety of detail-oriented roles, where he developed a strong aptitude for accuracy, organization, and process efficiency. His ability to manage complex tasks with precision has enabled him to consistently deliver high-quality results across different professional environments. He brings this same level of focus and discipline to his work in the solar industry, where attention to detail and reliability are critical to success.
