Ms. Kelso is a graduate of Arizona State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. She brings 19 years of experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry, supported by a diverse and comprehensive background that spans system design, permitting, installation, inspection, operations and maintenance, and training.

Throughout her career, Ms. Kelso has developed a deep understanding of the full lifecycle of solar projects, enabling her to contribute effectively at every stage—from initial concept and design through implementation and ongoing system performance. Her hands-on experience across multiple facets of the industry allows her to approach projects with both technical precision and practical insight.

Ms. Kelso holds both NABCEP PV Installation Professional and NABCEP Technical Sales certifications, demonstrating her expertise and commitment to industry standards. She is also a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) and is actively working toward expanding her licensure nationwide, further strengthening her ability to support projects across a broad geographic footprint.

Known for her attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and dedication to quality, Ms. Kelso plays a key role in delivering reliable and efficient engineering solutions.
